The 2023 college football national champions, the Michigan Wolverines, are seeing numerous talented players move on to the NFL. However, they still boast impactful players returning for the inaugural season under new head coach Sherrone Moore, particularly on the defensive side of the ball. Among these returnees are two highly skilled defensive linemen, Mason Graham and Kenneth Grant, who are regarded as some of the most talented in the nation.

Graham has already addressed speculation about a potential transfer, stating to 247 Sports’ Alejandro Zúñiga, “I just feel like there’s always going to be rumors, but Michigan is where I want to be…Michigan is where I’ve been for the past two years. I’m comfortable here.”

Following suit, Grant has reaffirmed his commitment to the Wolverines. “I want to be here,” he expressed to Zúñiga on Wednesday.

With the combination of Graham and Grant, the Wolverines are poised to be formidable in the upcoming 2024 season, benefiting from the retention of a significant amount of defensive talent.
