The Australian Open champion Sinner had withdrawn for the second time in a row after winning the first set 7-6 (4) and the second set tied at one.

Raonic, the former number three in the world, withdrawn from the Australian Open last month due to a leg ailment. He had to miss two years of competition due to injuries between 2021 and 2023.

Sinner made history by being the first guy born this millennium to achieve 200 professional victories as he advanced to a semi-final matchup with home favorite Tallon Griekspoor.

Griekspoor won in one hour and forty-three minutes, defeating Emil Ruusuvuori of Finland 7-5 7-6 (4).

De Minaur earned a last-four meeting with Grigor Dimitrov by completing a mission of vengeance against Andrey Rublev.

The world number eleven revenged his Australian Open fourth-round loss to the Russian player by defeating second-seeded Rublev 7-6 (5) 4-6 6-3 to secure his first-ever semi-final participation in Rotterdam.

Dimitrov defeated Alexander Shevchenko 7-6 (2) 3-6 6-4 to win his fourth Rotterdam semifinal and the 13th victory of the season overall, leading the Tour.

After winning in Brisbane, the 32-year-old Bulgarian is vying for his second 2024 ATP Tour title.

At the Delray Beach Open in Florida, top-seeded Taylor Fritz defeated Rinky Hijikata of Australia 6-3 6-3 to set up an all-American last four.

Earlier, Marcos Giron overcame wildcard Patrick Kypson 6-4 6-4, and Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe, who are both from France, easily defeated Jordan Thompson and Flavio Cobolli.

Additionally, world number two Carlos Alcaraz easily defeated Andrea Vavassori of Italy in the IEB+ Argentina Open quarterfinals, winning 7-6 (1) 6-1.
